The City of Oulu in North Finland will be European Capital of Culture in 2026, a capital programme under the concept of Climate Culture.

To build capacity in the preparation of the Capital year and contributing to its legacy, the City of Oulu has contracted TheStream to develop a European project and secure European funding for its implementation.

TheStream has designed a project on Care, looking at regenerative practices at the intersection of artistic and ecological engagement. The project gathers 11 organisations across Europe, city players, Arts organisations and Universities.
